Crosspoint implementation
Initially, our need was a WMS solution to manage our own goods. Crosspoint has helped us to optimize the entire warehouse process, to have an efficient turn of inventory and complete traceability of operations. This has allowed us to develop our business and enter the logistics service market. I recommend the Point Logistix team for flexibility, the ability to understand customer needs and professionalism.
Project features:
Implementation of Crosspoint WMS first addressed critical logistics processes such as batch traceability, reception, storage, and order preparation with Key-Account-specific requirements. From the advanced functionalities, the critical ones were identified at the time of the project go-live: Advanced Palletizing (which allowed the system to target how to create small pallets), Kitting (to cover stock transformations in promotional packages and their specific labeling). As new business lines have emerged, other functionalities and modules have been deployed, such as 3PL, to allow management and billing of logistics services for other companies.
