Who We Are

We are a developer and integrator of custom supply chain management solutions. The Point Logistix team combines software development expertise with a practical understanding of real-world processes in warehousing, manufacturing and transport.
We do not approach WMS implementation as simply installing a standard product.
Our approach starts with analyzing existing processes and identifying the steps that can be optimized or automated, a principle also recommended by MHI in warehouse automation projects. We analyze workflows, operating rules, exceptions and existing systems, then configure the solution around how the company actually works and the goals it wants to achieve.

About Point Logistix

Crosspoint WMS — the Core of Our Solutions

Crosspoint WMS manages goods from receiving through order preparation and dispatch. The system tracks inventory movements, locations, lots, serial numbers, documents and user operations.
The suite is secure, stable and configurable. It can support standard processes as well as complex workflows found in warehouses, manufacturing plants, logistics centers and multi-owner inventory operations.
Crosspoint does not necessarily replace the ERP system. It integrates with existing applications and takes operational control of warehouse processes.

Warehouse Operations

Receiving, put-away, movements, replenishment, picking, consolidation, inventory counting and shipping.

Traceability & Quality

Tracking of lots, serial numbers, expiration dates, documents and quality controls.

Monitoring & Decision-Making

KPIs, dashboards, activity prioritization and configurable alerts.

Connected Systems

ERP, SFA, TMS, CRM, BI, weighing systems, conveyors and production lines.

Features

Configuration

Features are configured around the actual operations and rules of each warehouse.

Integration

Crosspoint connects with the systems and equipment already used by the company.

Monitoring

Inventory, locations, operators and performance indicators can be monitored in real time.

Traceability

Lots, serial numbers and inventory movements are tracked across the entire logistics flow, from receiving to delivery.

Areas of Application

Crosspoint can be configured for a wide range of logistics operations, from distribution warehouses to manufacturing and complex logistics services. Its modular architecture allows workflows, rules and functionality to be adapted to the requirements of each industry, including retail, FMCG, manufacturing, automotive, pharma, eCommerce and 3PL logistics. The system can manage specific requirements such as lots and serial numbers, expiration dates, multi-client inventory, production line feeding, ERP/TMS integration and advanced picking and shipping processes.

Distribution

Inventory control, order preparation and customer delivery.

3PL Logistics Providers

Multi-client inventory management, value-added services and separate reporting.

Retail & eCommerce

High order volumes, accuracy, prioritization and integration with commerce systems.

Manufacturing

Raw materials, line feeding, traceability, quality and finished goods.

Courier Services

Documents, shipments, delivery workflow integration and operational confirmations.

Services

Configurable processes for organizations with specific operations and rules.

What We Optimize

Crosspoint is designed for companies that want better visibility into what happens in the warehouse and to turn operational data into concrete decisions. The system centralizes information on inventory, locations, orders, tasks, operators and performance, providing an up-to-date view of operations. This allows management to identify bottlenecks, deviations and optimization opportunities faster and act on actual data rather than estimates.
Crosspoint enables logistics information to be tracked throughout the operational flow, in line with the identification and traceability principles promoted by GS1.

Inventory

Exact location, real-time availability, fewer discrepancies and full traceability.

Workflows

Clear sequences, prioritized tasks and fewer non-value-added operations.

Operator Activity

Work instructions, configurable permissions and performance monitoring.

Operating Costs

Identification of delays, bottlenecks, deviations and hidden costs.

How We Work

Implementation is built gradually, together with the client’s team. We start by analyzing existing processes, define workflows and operating rules, then configure and test the solution against real working scenarios. The goal is for Crosspoint to reflect as closely as possible how the company operates, while the transition to the new system is controlled, with minimal impact on ongoing activities.
Throughout the project, the configuration is validated with key users, and any adjustments are made before go-live. This means implementation is not just software installation, but adapting the solution to the organization’s actual processes, people and objectives.

01 Analysis

We analyze logistics or manufacturing flows, current working methods and future objectives. We identify optimization opportunities and recommend best practices.

02 Requirements

We define requirements, prerequisites and project priorities. We assess procedures, roles, working methods and potential risks.

03 Plan

We define the solution architecture, integration stages, configurations and required developments. Together, we set the timeline and responsibilities.

04 Implementation

We deliver functionality gradually, train key users and test each workflow according to the project analysis.

The transition to Crosspoint is planned in stages so current operations can continue while the client’s team gradually tests and validates new modules, workflows and procedures before full go-live. Each stage can be verified under conditions close to real operations, allowing differences to be identified and corrected before they affect daily processes. This enables a controlled transition to the new system, with reduced operational risk and a more manageable adaptation period for users.
