INTAX TRADING is a company founded in 2002, specialized to sale ventilation and air treatment equipment for domestic and industrial use, but it also produces premium household devices, such as: dehumidifiers, air purifiers, bathroom fans, kitchen hoods, portable air conditioning and air coolers, aroma diffusers and electric air curtains.

In 2021, INTAX TRADING opened the new logistics center designed and built according to the most modern standards in the field of supply, storage and delivery of goods. In order to facilitate the proper handling of the products and to ensure a pleasant working environment, the logistic operations are carried out with the latest generation equipment.

In order to ensure superior accuracy both in delivery and in supply and storage, all logistic processes are automated and optimized.

Crosspoint implementation

Working with the Point Logistix team helped us significantly improve the activity of goods management, process standardization, order management and stock monitoring.

The diversity of processes which have to be standardized, as well as the improvement of order administration, were some of the reasons that led to the implementation of Crosspoint WMS at Intax Trading. More attention was needed to analyze and to design the processes aimed at automating the areas of pending orders and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
