Ecolor is a Swedish-owned private company located in Cluj, Romania. The company has 650 employees and produces furniture for export mainly to IKEA stores and warehouses worldwide. The factory has a built area of 57,000 m2 and the finished products are made of chipboard and MDF. Every day 15-20 trucks of finished products are delivered.
Ecolor started its activity in 2005. Ecolor’s parent company is Gyllensvaans Möbler of Sweden – a family company, furniture maker since 1946 and an IKEA supplier since 1952.
