Bravo Group Bucharest is a distribution company of ceramic products and sanitary ware from Romania. The main categories of products sold are sanitary installations (sanitary objects, bathtubs, simple shower cabins or with hydromassage/hydrosauna, faucets and installation systems), tiles and tiling, bathroom furniture and accessories. Bravo Group was founded in 1993 and owns a network of 7 Laguna showrooms located in Bucharest and Brașov, a national network of “do it yourself” stores and Bravo Group partner stores.

Crosspoint implementation

“We chose the Point Logistix solution for the WMS implemented at our company’s warehouse, whose main activity is distribution, not because the other two or three existing solutions on the market did not have the necessary developments, but because of the Point Logistix team that managed the implementation and then the support and developments that had to be done very well, so that we did not have significant syncopes in the management, reception and delivery of our products during the implementation and after “go live”. Their solution, from an IT point of view, has all the necessary capabilities, from the interface with the ERP system to the Front and Back Office parts, easily understood and used by colleagues from the warehouse. Project features

Bravo Group’s Crosspoint WMS project was one of the fastest implementations of the WMS solution with a deadline imposed by changes in the company’s business. The short time did not reduce the targeted performance indicators or the multitude of functionalities that turned out to be necessary during the analysis period.

The optional modules available in the Crosspoint suite were deemed necessary and made for successful upgrades.
