The implementation of the WMS in our company gave us traceability and control over the goods entering and leaving the warehouse. The main benefits that I noticed in the first 4 months after implementing the software are:
- the possibility to make purchases much more efficiently, depending on the movement of products – we can generate circulation reports per product/per product category;
- construction site consumption reports – a solution created as a “workaround” based on our need to know what type of materials were used on the construction site;
- querying the stock in the warehouse in real time;
- managing goods by lot, by category, by color, by type of goods;
- the possibility of efficient storage in the warehouse depending on the size of the pallets;
- streamlining the picking process and reducing delivery waiting times;
