Type of logistics operation, warehouse characteristics, volumes, solutions currently used, objectives, estimated timeline and comments.

Professional data, correspondence, contractual, operational, invoicing and payment information where a commercial relationship exists.

5. Contact forms and demo requests
When you complete a form, we process the information you enter in order to assess your enquiry and contact you. Fields marked as required are necessary for submitting and handling the request.
For the “Request a Demo” form, the operational information helps us determine whether Crosspoint WMS is suitable for the type of warehouse, volumes and systems in use. Completing the form does not automatically guarantee that a demonstration will be scheduled and does not create a contractual obligation.
Forms may use measures designed to protect against automated or abusive submissions. These services may process technical data strictly for form security purposes.
7. Who we may disclose data to
Access is limited to Point Logistix personnel who need the data to perform their duties. To the extent necessary, we may disclose data to:
- hosting, maintenance, IT security, e-mail and website administration providers;
- providers of form, analytics, mapping, video or marketing platforms, depending on the website configuration and the preferences expressed;
- consultants, lawyers, accountants, auditors and other professional service providers;
- public authorities, courts or competent bodies where disclosure is required by law;
- partners involved in a reorganisation, merger, acquisition or transfer of assets, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell personal data.
8. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some online service providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area. Where such a transfer takes place, we use mechanisms provided for by applicable law, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other legally recognised safeguards.

9. How long we retain data
We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, while complying with legal obligations and the periods required to protect our rights.
- enquiries that do not result in a contract are generally retained for no more than 3 years from the last relevant interaction;
- data relating to contractual relationships is retained for the duration of the contract and afterwards in accordance with applicable statutory periods;
- data required for accounting, tax or legal obligations is retained for the periods required by law;
- cookie preferences are retained for the period configured in the consent platform;
- technical and security logs are retained for periods proportionate to the purpose of protecting the website.
Data may be retained for longer where there is a dispute, investigation or specific legal obligation.

The Point Logistix website and services are intended for a professional audience and are not directed at persons under 16 years of age. If we become aware that a minor’s data has been submitted without an appropriate legal basis, we will take steps to delete it.
